A man who uses the under ground to excape his unethical impresment and is chased down by "dog the Bounty Hunter".
pops up in an unfortunitnate time and place...Mean streets of the United States. this man uses the underground to travel thru out The streets of america, and where he pops up is smack dabe in the middle of gangland war fair against rivial gangs. its a situation that this man must come to except and evolve to survive. he makes his situation better for everyone Esp. those who need him the most. its a modern day Increadable hulk story but with realty in the mix. good for reality TV. or good for the Networks... what this man can do is by promoting other business he can connect business with business. to make a friendlyier relationship between people, and thats what this is all about is by living by life leassons learned and corroperating with one another..
on all levels with resulting a beeter standard of living then from the beggining..
