Immediate restitution of her job at Supreme Court of Justice ´s Library, Argentina
Guadalupe is a person with disabilities. She is 35, a mother of a 5 years old son called Matias Ezequiel. She has been working at the National Supreme Court of Justice ´s Library in Buenos Aires since 9 years ago, in charge of the photocopies machine, regarding a special contract among the Supreme Court and the Braille Foundation. In 1997 the Braille Foundation proposed Guadalupe and another person with disabilities to be in charge of the machines, as freelancers, at the building of Supreme Court, inside the Library itself . The intention was to make it possible for them, both disable people to have an independent work for their self maintenance.
When this year the Supreme Court determined to dissolve the permission given that year to the Braille Foundation, both disable persons lost their unique medium of survival. The S. Court helped the other man, giving him a fix job at the Supreme Court Library, but they gave no help to Guadalupe Alba,. Consequently she is living the worst nightmare of poverty and humiliation since September 1st when the Director of the Library simply fired her saying “You cannot enter the Library anymore since tomorrow”. She was not previously notified of the resolution with enough time to find another job. After ten days, finally she received at home the copy of the resolution, but since September 1st she is not able to work any more at the Library, although her partner has been given a fix job to resolve his financial crisis produced as a direct consequence of Supreme Court’s resolution September 1st .-

Inmediata restitución de su trabajo en la Biblioteca de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación Argentina
Guadalupe es discapacitada. Tiene 35 años y su hijo Matías Ezequiel, 5. Ha estado trabajando a cargo de la fotocopiadora de la Biblioteca de la Suprema Corte de Justicia en Buenos Aires desde hace 9 años, cuando La Suprema Corte otorgó una concesión a la Fundación Braille para el manejo de las máquinas. Esta fundación colocó a Guadalupe y a otro discapacitado no vidente en esa posición con la intención de otorgarles trabajo y medio de vida. Esto ocurrió en 1997
Esto se hizo para que personas discapacitadas tuvieran un trabajo dentro de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, obedeciendo a la ley que exige que el 4% del personal de un organismo del estado debe ser discapacitado.
Cuando este año La Suprema Corte determinó disolver el permiso dado ese año a la Fundación Braille, para dárselo a otra institución, a consecuencia de esta disolución quedaron ambos discapacitados sin trabajo. Por esto la Corte le restituyó al otro señor un puesto en blanco dentro de la misma Biblioteca. para ayudarlo, pero a Guadalupe no le dieron nada y encima la echaron sin previo aviso. Si bien ella era monotributista su función estaba dentro de una entidad pública y durante 9 años, por lo que se debería haber ayudado a resolver su problema laboral de otra manera. Por el contrario se la notificó con 24 hs de tiempo nada más y por escrito diez días después de haberle impedido el acceso. Consecuentemente ella vive la peor pesadilla de la pobreza y la humillación desde el 1° de Septiembre cuando las autoridades de la Biblioteca la despidieron "Usted no puede entrar más a la Biblioteca desde mañana". Ella no fue notificada previamente de la resolución con suficiente tiempo para encontrar otro trabajo. Después de diez días, finalmente ella recibió en casa la copia de la resolución de la Corte. Todo esto a pesar de haber recibido su compañero un trato completamente diferente y favorecedor.
Por eso solicitamos la inmediata restitución de Guadalupe Alba García Garcilazo en su trabajo o similar en la Biblioteca de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación Argentina.
