Seven More Mondays 4/30/2007 6:22:35 PM
Well, one more Monday down. As a matter of fact it looks like I only have seven more Mondays until the end of the school year. Yeah! I can't wait.
I guess that's one thing I like about being a teacher. I mean not just the summers off but the opportunity to stop, reflect, recharge and prepare for a new year. I know it sounds corny and most people probably wouldn't believe it but a lot of teachers actually do think about their school year and what they can do to improve as teachers. I know I take the time to re-think lesson plans, methods of teaching, classroom management and other things. Then in September, I get to do it all over again. With the new school year, springs new hope.
