Up until Aug. 3rd my life was pretty busy.  Then on that Thursday I slipped and fell on my knee...nothing broken...just a lot of soft tissue damage which landed me in a leg brace and limited mobility, off work for two and a half weeks, then Doc re-evaluates my injury and I go from there.  So now I have all this time to spend writing my third book,  pushing my second book, and painting for the customers.  I thought it would be easy to do but you know what...it isn't and I have to get my brain in gear before I go back to work and loose the six hours a day that I have now.  I guess I'm bumbed out because I also took walks down my road working on a goal to loose weight and now that is not to be done...at least the walking...I definately will maintain my self control and not eat all day long. I will continue eating only when hungry.  So today I wrote my first blog.  Having no concept of what will become of such a thing.  And if anyone should happen to cast their eyes upon this writing of thought then I say to you...Have a fantastic day and Enjoy all your Blessings...Never Give Up...I won't either.  Tootles :-}
