Dark Halo Update 7/10/2008 4:07:23 AM
Hey folks,
Dark Halo is finished and stands at 112,000 words (and that's after final edits that I thought would reduce the word count). I mailed it to DAW Books on the 13th of last month and am awaiting (nervously) the reply. On Monday (July 7) I received my self-addressed postcard, which lets me know at least someone is reading my book now. As of today, I'm waiting for replies to 18 other submissions (five of those have been held over for further consideration so I'm hopeful). I'll post updates as I get them.
