Eroding freedoms Someone said:
Freedoms can't be taken away all at once, but take them away a little bit at a time and no one will notice till it's to late.
We all know and recognize we don't have the same amount of freedoms we did when we were children. Remember when you couldn't get a ticket for not wearing a seat belt? It was a choice, not a law.
Now with the Patriot act, even local law enforcment officials can knock down your door, tap your phone and do just about whatever they damn well please.
OK....Fine...just sit back an let it happen.......
Then early one morning you are gonna wake up with two policemen, standing over your bed saying....
Excuse us, Mr. and Mrs X, but We have warrants for your arrests because you had oral sex last night!
