I am ever hopeful yet skeptical that our citizenry can see through all the political ads, growing lineage of allegations and the media’s exploitation and legitimization of all these shenanigans for what they are; the use of political capital to gain power and influence.

My fear is that far too many of us cling to propositions that support our own agendas never pondering the idea of TRUTH and thus becoming mere drones to be manipulated puppets in the arena of ideas.

The qwest to manipulate our thoughts is exploited by conservatives and liberals alike. As an informed citizenry we should separate ourselves from party politics, lend a deaf ear to  media coverage that gushes of bias and begin to seek out the realities of our national situations via informed research.

Truth cannot be found by taking both sides of an argument and dividing by two.  Truth is not subject to interpretation but rather to discovery.

During the upcoming presidential campaign we will see claims and allegations that if true would make criminals and felons and traders of those we would elect to lead us. We will see situational ethics and extreme means being used to justify the ends (winning) the likes of which may not have been seen before in this country.

So Please, Please, Please PAY ATTENTION, CHALLENGE and THINK what you hear. Be honest with your own bias. Cut the strings that manipulate your viewpoint.
