Its time for a dose of reality about the prevention of terrorism After watching the 911 commission on TV and later listening to the comments of people’s disappointment that the current administration won’t confess blame it has become evident that many of our citizens DON’T GET IT!
So listen up and pay attention.
NO ONE, NO GOVERNMENT CAN GAURANTEE YOUR SAFETY FROM BAD THINGS HAPPENNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they could then why are there car accidents? Why is there crime? Why do plane’s sometimes crash? Why aren’t there commissions trying to fix blame on people for the acts whom others perpetrate on us in all areas?
The price of having freedom and liberty is risk.
If you think that our national security, homeland security and armed forces can prevent a maniac from blowing things up, spreading poisons or becoming a sniper picking people off at gas stations then you are going to be very disappointed.
The best we can ever hope for is that our vigilance will sometimes catch someone before they act. THAT’s IT?
So GET OVER IT.
STOP looking beyond the perpetrator for blame.
Now go live your life.
