A brave young girl tries to survive being abducted by a deranged man...
Wow... it's been a while since I last blogged. I just finished writing a tough section of the story. It was tough because it is pivotal to the story and because I only had a inkling of how I wanted to handle this section.
Elizabeth had been with her captor for 5 months at this point and pretty much had given up on ever seeing her mother and her home again. So, what would cause her to attempt an escape at this point and what would she be willing to do to get her freedom?
Apparently, something very risky and totally out of character for the girl she had been.
The question is, if her attempt backfires, will she survive to try again?
I hope to have this novel completed and ready for publication by the Fall.
