R.O.E. #14 "When you have a "Gut feeling" you need to act on it,
adapt and overcome."
Reasoning: Sometimes you have had the same scenario, over and over, where you sometimes get this wierd feeling in your gut telling you to be aware of everything. Be ready to adapt to the situation and overcome the problem.
R.O.E. #15 "Don't regret your decisions. The reason you made it was based on your experience and judgement. Most of the time decisions are made in the patient's favor."
Reasoning: The decisions you make at the time has very few options. All you can do is base your decision on your training and experience. If you error on the side of the patient's wellbeing, you are at less risk. But remember you sometimes have to play outside of the box, This is a real hard decision but you can only do the best you can in a bad situation. Stick by your guns when you make a decision.
R.O.E. #16 "Never show fear in your eyes when confronting others,
They can tell if you are lying."
Reasoning: When talking to a patient about the extent of their injuries you sometimes must lie to them. If you told them the truth it might become UGLY to where it would effect the outcome of their life. When you do lie to a patient you must train your eyes to not give away your secret. When you show confidence the patient responds better.
