Patience is a must in this game...

I believed myself to be a very patient person and yet, as I sit here trying to stay focused on writing a very god Novel... I admit to frustration.
I know about all that "Roman wasn't built in one night" stuff, and I know not to despise small beginnings - but I wanted to hit the ground running! Fast and furious, that was to be me... I wonder what it is that makes a writer write and then submit their baby to the world and have it go un-noticed...
I'm not gonna sigh here, I received great reviews from the few professionals I know, no, I'm gonna allow patience to have her perfect work in this, yes, that's what I'm going to do...
