Did you over eat this holiday season? Do you feel like you could roll down the hill? Read on.
Food Food and More Food

Do you feel you have become an eating machine. I sure feel that way. This past holiday season I attended many dinners. These dinners had scrumptious food with mouth watering sugar loaded cakes, pies, cookies, you name it I ate it.
Now I feel like I am a beached wale. I do not want to eat anymore. I have sworn off food. Take it away. I want to live on soup for the rest of the month. I want to lose weight.
Food is definitely over rated. Why do we need to eat anyway? Or I should say during the holidays overeat. Smaller portions several times a day is the way to lose weight feel full all the time and lose weight.
How do you feel about this observation? We have only one more Holiday to get through this year. New Years more food, food food and more food.
Well next year is another year. Happy New Year.
