From Brooklyn, New York to Hobart, Tasmania, via East Peoria, Illinois and Fresno, California. Hi all,
It's July and it's cold. I'm not used to this July Winter stuff yet. I've had my life turned upside down this year, and everything just...well...happened. So here I am in Tasmania, the smallest Austrlian state and the only one not on the mainland.
There are many differences between living in New York City and living in Hobart, but I've found there are even more similarities. Seems people are people, wherever you go. Maybe it's all just too westernized, or maybe it's just a case of convergent evolution.
In any case, I'll be posting my observations on Living in Tasmania and how it differs from life on top of the world (loosely speaking) as they occur to me.
