My new book, "IN GABBY'S EYES" 6/13/2008 9:15:26 AM
A truly wonderful story of a girl, Gabby, on how she survives the battles of today's dysfunctional family. Having the consistent battle between love and rejection, while learning where you belong when being pulled between a mother and father in two different social structures. With her family in disarray, she also learns the ropes of life and how to survive in any situation. The journey leads Gabby through life to have her later become the strong and devoted woman to her family and her community.
Travel through Gabby's journeys with her, to understand “whom” she really was and how she needs to get there. Some of the turbulent times will shock anyone with how life is in this dysfunctional family.
The author has displayed this to be a true inspirational and self-improvement book to assist in the healing of many people, whom have struggled in the similar situations. As the author has lived some of the journeys Gabby has endured through this book, as some of the stories are depicted from true-life situations. This book has moved me, and helped me heal in so many ways! I cannot believe the way people are looking to the book for healing themselves. It is great to see Gabby reach to many who have suffered with divorce. Not only as one of the parents but also as the child.. Or even just knowing what families go through when they did not experience it.
Any response would be great! I really appreciate it. Never did I think growing up the situations I was in could shine through in this way - or be out of the ordinary!
