Well, got the proof copy and found that the margins, while passing the tests at the CreateSpace site, really didn't work in the book. So...had to reformat the file and resubmit. The instructions tell you to use at least a .25 margin and a .75 gutter. However, don't put any margin on the inside and set the outer, top and bottom for .5 and the gutter for .75 and it seems to be better.
I took this opportunity to reformat all of my submissions and resubmit them.
So now I will re-order the proofs and hopefully will be able to get the final revisions up for sale!
The final go round on the Kindle version of the book "Ransom of the Phoenix" is in progress and soon it will be available for sale!
