The inspiration for my first book was borne out a desire to write and write regardless of where my endeavours would finally take me.
As an ex-journalist writing had always been a passion, which for a while disappeared along with my career in journalism, as I sought out life as a regular 9 to 5 Joe. It's true I could have chosen a numbers of easier paths to feed my endless hunger for writing other than choosing to write a novel. But then where would the challenge be in that.
Writing a novel is a challenge, and if I’m to be completely honest, so far it's been one tough, tiring, emotional roller-coaster, family stressing, head hurting, experience. Yet, as crazy as it sounds, I wouldn't change a thing. Why? well it's not because I'm nuts, or just escaped from a mental asylum, or even a politician looking for votes. It’s just that I'm a writer, and writers are a strange breed, but that's what brings out the creativity to write, entertain, amaze and grab the attention of the audiences and bring them willingly into our world; all of which is re-produced on a piece paper or in an ebook.
