Angels do exist ... I don't know about you, but I've always had a fascination about angels. What a lovely thought, that there are these ethereal beings up there watching us, looking down on us and, at all times, guarding us, guiding us, and keeping order up there in heaven.
But are there really angels? Do they really look like what we see depicted in movies, paintings, and pictures we see in the Bible? Do they really have wings?
After I had met Dinahh, (my spiritual guide), the existence of angels was a favorite topic, one I brought up often and asked him a million questions about -- this usually brought on one of Dinahh's favorite phrases almost every time, too. "Catherine, you ask too many questions. I've told you before, you already have the answers to all of your questions. You have only to go to the silence and be. Open your heart and feel the love you are, feel the energy flow through you from the universe. This will allow you be more aware and to remember, Catherine, to remember. You have brought everything you've ever known here to this life with you. You have all the answers you seek, if you will only allow yourself to remember them."
I'm trying, I really am. I'm still so new to awareness. Truthfully, I have already remembered many things from when I go to the silence and when I am able to let go of mind and ego to listen and see with my heart ...
I've come to know these beings that we call angels. They are souls, beings, who bring us messages from God. Dinahh has called them by different names: guardian angels, benevolent spirit beings, avatars and, of course, spirit guides, of which Dinahh is one. One or more of them is with us always, from the time we are born into our human form -- this is through an agreement we made with them, before our birth. Angels guide and advise us, comfort and protect us, and they even warn us -- unfortunately, they don't always bring us good news. All we have to do to hear these messages, these whispers, is listen and hear them with our hearts.
I also know angels can appear in many forms. Although they don't now belong in our world, Dinahh has told me that some have been here and lived their own lifetimes. After their life was over, they decided not to return here and, instead, chose to remain in heaven so they can protect and guide others who are here.
They can appear in human form, too, like Dinahh, who first appeared to me as a tiny old man in a long white robe. He was sitting on my back porch stoop in my first vision of him. They can also appear as an orb of light, and as a mist, both of which I've also seen Dinahh as.
Angels really do exist. Open your heart, let it reach out. Ask your third eye to open, awaken, and feel the love of which you are, feel their presence and hear their whispers with your heart.
