My husband and I love going to the drag races. He races cars too. We drive over the road forty eight states and we love it. Before we get to the shipper or receiver, I go on the internet to see if they are having a race for the weekend. Every drag racing event is always great. Some places we enjoyed the races are in North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan just to name a few. On Sunday's when you get to any of them earlier enough that have Church services. All of the drag racers are friendly. They take pictures with us and sign autographs. Now I must say Mississippi has the best homemade food ever even though the food is good at all the other races. I am a Dismuke by marriage. My husband Allen use to race with his dad up until his passing. My husband is my best friend, my lover and my husband I know God put us together. I love to hear the engine roaring and to see a car go down the strip from zero to over three hundred miles in seconds. The crowd is simply fantastic interacting with people of all nationalities sharing the same joys of racing. The noise from the roaring of the engine is so loud you have to wear ear plugs. This is one of the many pleasures in life that help to take sadness, worries, stress off of my mind. It is a blessing to have spouses who love the same thing NHRA Drag Racing. It is also important to trust God in matters when it comes to relationships. It is important for men and women to make sure they are honest with one another that is why I wrote a book covering self help, relationships and inspirational awareness that blesses us for the rest of our life with the person who He has chosen for our life.
