Blogs by Ann M Streetman The Back Story Is In and Between the Lines 8/15/2013 9:49:38 AMWriting a main character's back story is hard. Most of my characters require detailed research. Sometimes I have not done it soon enough in a work's development. In those cases, I've had to call a time out on plot and dialog and record the back story so that my character would have a richness that is in and between the lines.
