Blogs by Michael D LeFevre If They Would 6/13/2014 7:35:36 AMI read a blog today talking about how unhelpful it is for author's to give one another five-star ratings. I know there is the sparing of feelings and I wouldn't want someone saying my book sucked but the writer has a point. Authors giving each other five stars out of courtesy isn't really helping the author. Especially if the rater really didn't like the book. Honesty is the best policy here and criticism should be constructive, obviously.
