Here are some questions,that I have as an author. Do you have the answer? If you have never learned how to copy a picture to a larger size how do you start from a smaller picture when drawing?
If different programs work differently with each other how do you get a scanned picture to be inserted into a word document. Do you have to resize it to fit the document?
