Something I have noticed when a member(s) of one race commit a crime against a member(s) of another race is that the race of the perpetrator of the crime will scream to the high heavens that the crime in question had nothing to do with race. They will accuse the race of the victim of playing the 'hate crime' card. The race of the victim will say that it was a hate crime and that it had everything to do with race. The perpetrator was definitely a racist and committed the crime to forward their racist agenda.
