Telepathy can be used when phones are not working. I wish to state that everyone who knows telepathy and has become proficient in it will be able to communicate with loved ones in a state of emergency. While watching the terror in France...think of how you would contact a person you needed to. Telepathy works and I encourage all people to learn it for your own reliance in an emergency and even to stop someone from hurting you. Please consider this...my book about telepathy gives simple ways to begin strengthening your mind to help you in the future. The world is not stable and may be worse sooner rather than later.
Learn telepathy and have another tool in your shed to survive a violent situation.
