I/We have lost our metronome of freedom and lack the inception of its starting point and ending point.
Fraud Case--A suppressed history case!
This case is a FRAUD in beginning, ending and mid passage. The Mid-passage, the present, plays into the Afro-American midpassage experience in slavery and in ,America's prisons.
A client, the defendant, is stating We in Minnesota have lost our freedom. Thus this case is a suppressed history in Minnesota where we have now become unclear whether we will again have the public right to talk about our lives in a courtroom with out retaliation by the Minnesota Blue line or Cheka police.
My interrogation at the Shalom Nursing Home, was an interrogation of falsity and lies and threats. It was an act of infantile rage in law. This was and is a gangster experience in a banal bedroom suburb, St. Louis Park. It was unprovoked, unwanted and commonplace. The failure to find or substantiate any evidence or legitimate witnesses in this case is proof of the GUILT of the interrogators or accusers. They have pubically condemned and damned themselves in a legal case.
My hearing is simply a retaliation where the officials involved lied and created a fabricated gangster experience for a distinguished senior to justifiy stranded government police budgets.
Interrogators in Conspiracy
There are a number of Minnesota loafers at government expense.
My interrogation was not an innocent interrogation. It is falsified.
If these interrogators, like
Dr. Larry Panciera, failed to substantiate truth or evidence in this case they become in effect De Facto executioners in the many capital punishment cases occurring in states like Texas or St. Louis, Mo and extra-jurisdictional murders which occur in America on a daily basis.

Court File Number: 27-CR-14-27484 at October 15th. 2014. Hennepin County District Court Southdale 227 Southdale District Court 7009 York Avenue South Edina, Mn 55435 612-348-2040. This is an update of an earlier filing! An Irish Catholic Medical Missionary, myself, was forced to call the police to the Roitenberg Residence Sholom for a Guise Of Friendship Criminal Filing against an employee at this Ridence named Ana Marie. Instead of being invited for coffee or dessert at this residence by this employee who he had never personally met he was told he was going to have a meeting with a manager whose named he was never given for an uninvited forced entry into his mother residence at the Shalom #107 where the employee claimed she witness Patrick ODougherty public ally and violently raping his Own mother. The mother was present during this unforced entry. When the signed in visitor asked to have the police called to this scene to report this hate crime and gather physical evidence it took two buck passing and malingering police officers, John Herman and Joel Ryan over 1 and1/2 hours to get a sing trespassing statement from the MIA Missing In Action Housing Director Joe Zemil to sign this "alleged trespassing notice." Patrick Dougherty filmed the officers at the scene. Filed corraborative evidence by phone fully cooperated with the lazy harassing police officers involved. He only mad a request to call a lawyer at the scen.
This request was not honored. Instead, he was asked to leave the Sholom for 1.year with no appeal rights on this request. He immediaediatedly filed criminal and legal hate and In Guise of Friendship reports with SLP and with business and community relations. The reason for this hearing is a formal request to file Complaints against the police officers involved with the police compalint board and to file deportation charges against Ana Marie the employee at the nursing home who asked to confront asked for hysical evidence and requested her last name which he was never given by the police officers called to the scene to front for the missing manager.

A Guise of Friendship is a Federal Offense Requiring an automatic prison sentence!
Several White Female Employees at the Shalom Nursing Home in St. Louis Park forced one!
They want to blame an Hispanic named Anna Maria in it who I have never met. I never met any of the false accusers either. If the defendant doesn't get the legal right to cross examine the accusers it will appear they did veiled charges. It is a Selfie consider the Source Case.

This case is in honor of Alice Culhane, deceased attorney, who briefly attended your great law school. Her brother Mike Culhane was voted the most talented undergraduate at the University of Minnesota. He went on to become a great Irish Catholic attorney in the tradition of RFK.
The nursing home scene is filmed and the tickets are falsified. Witnesses were notified immediately about the crime which gas been filed as a Hate Crime With Southern Law and Poverty, the mic we turned on and the science was filmed and I called the police to the scene. The crime occurred immediately after the funeral for Officer Scott Patrick which I attended an invited the staff to attend and honor his death. His funeral was 8/5/2015. The Blacklash Hate Crime happened on 8/7/2015.
The Minnesota Guise Of Frienship Case is over when I am Convinced Justice is Done in the Case! It will not be acceptable to have police officers who I called to the scene to step forward and perjure themselves on the stand in this case! One thousand points of Light will be filed in the in this beyond Willie Horton White Blacklash Case! A number of prominent Minnesotans are going to be invited to step forward after their names have been published? There will be press conferences at Fort Snelling Before and After the Case.
My father was a JAG attorney and top military Drill Instructorat the Fort. This is is going to be published in all of Minnesota's law schools. Come to Minnesota and file an expensive law suit. This is a minimum qualifier for passing the Bar. Come to Minnesota and apply what you have learned--manipulate, dominate and do in the hypocritical liberals in this state. I, Patrick A. ODougherty, being of sound mind, looked into legal advice by major American players. 1 Bill Clinton endorsed regime change. He sold 1.2 billion in small weapons to Columbia. Atty. 2 Jerry Brown signed the euthanasia bill into CA law. 3 Rudolph Giuliani made the statement he didn't think white people would come out on massive drugs in the long term.4 Archbishop Harry Flynn gave me this advice about the HCGC team.
