Catharsis of the Poor 7/13/2018 12:00:37 AM
The beauty of deeds. Shame on you before your last appearance. You have been in power and the poor and the working class round the world never choose posters with your images but like the target. Did they play fair? Rotten souls and gents accomplices in poverty? The beauty of deeds. The beauty of deeds, thanks. Ángel and I were talking about the deep emotions to the extent of being common tears of pity or a catharsis amongst his readers of Victorian English writer Charles Dickens. Ángel and I read a lot and talked a lot about revolution between us and as we were enriching ourselves and each other constantly and he did not know the meaning of the word, I defined for him catharsis like an ecstatic moment of big merriness, reaching plenitude after a situation of anguish. I guess, he said, of course I know how it is the desire of the anguished. The definite and sublime catharsis is the catharsis of the poor, the one really substancial and essential, a common feeling of the peoples spreading, a great common light guide and in sight and in mind whatever it is and always something else, something real and to take into account: the spark. The spell will be accomplished with the eclosion of a new social order: Collective Happiness, Life in Harmony, Paradise at last... I am thinking about it now, it is as if I were seeing it, said Ángel. We all did many times before like everybody, not necessary to say among us fascism struggles against from hell, I said. Sure..., Evil..., Ángel said.
