Blogs by Carol M Tetlow Nearly half a million 10/16/2022 1:32:28 AMJust about recovered from the tennis team night out to celebrate our winning the division and being promoted. As you can tell, it has taken some time to get all of us together on the same day as the matches seem to be so long ago. Nevertheless, a good time was had by all and the food - we went to a nearby pub - was delicious and the calories in the warm chocolate brownie and ice cream (this bit was cold) were soon burned off in the gym yesterday, or so I naively like to think. It was interesting to see fellow players wearing clothes and by that I mean proper clothes as opposed to the various arrays of tennis skirts, shorts, flappy tee shirts that I am used to seeing. Yes, even I managed to unearth a skirt and top and a pair of heels.
