I can attest to this! But I bet it's not only because of the computer text itself. We have programmed ourselves to catch bites (bytes?)of information because of the sheer volume of print we have to read in any given day. Maybe this a reason for the upsurge in popularity of poetry and flash fiction? Very interesting.
