My husband's uncle will be 100 next birthday, but when you talk to him on the phone you would think he is only in his 60s. He sounds so strong and coherent.
Another aunt of his will be 101 on her next birthday. She was also very strong. Unfortunately, she has suffered a stroke recently, and is wheelchair-ridden because of her weight. But according to her daughters, she is still in good health.
It does not matter how young or old one is, what matters is to keep one in good health to enjoy life. It's the quality of life that counts.
