Human emotions are not confined within our craniums whether spoken, written or not. The forces that drive emotions are indeed sensory, and thus are free to travel in time and space. In my life I have had innumerable conversations and warm meetings with with kindred personalities I never knew. My mother went through four miscarriages before I was born. Those three brothers and one sister played with me when I was a pre-school child. And I am convinced, surely gave me the strength to survive two near death experiences when I was gravely ill and a very small child. Each time I suddenly recall a dear friend that I have not seen in years, it is just after they have passed away and before official notice has reached me. We are spiritual beings above all else. The stars will tell our stories when the last sun sets. I bid you love and peace my dear friend. Jon Michael
Christine, I have had a 'sixth sense' since I was a kid, my mother had it also. Great, informative write!
Always,
Deborah
This one and several preceding blogs of yours I have read. And you really have revived this Blog entry which for many has lacked "art" - it even looks great! Either the editor is working for you or used html direct.
Just wonderful, inspired and spiritually awakened writing....
Take your blog writing into the bigtime, it is very deserving.

this is a really great entry. what you refer to as indigo, i refer to as the invisible universe. it's essentially the same thing. we exist in a low-vibrational reality called visible light and then foolishly believe this "visible" universe the alpha and omega of our perceived reality. yet the it's the unseen reality which is all-pervasive and which some of the more sensitive and perceptive types experience from time to time in their journey through life. all matter exists as vibrational wave-forms and then manifests in the physical, material where we, our bodies like computers, decipher the wave forms and transmit this information to the brain in the form of look, feel, temperature, sound, taste. if you think about light, we don't perceive light because it's drilling down upon our heads and seeping into our brains. we perceive because the eyes pick up the wave forms and transmit this information electronically for the processor neuro-motor to break-down and decipher. as human beings, we are deliberately sequestered into a left-brain side of reality, where it is the right brain which is responsible for abstract thinking and creativity. those who nurture the right brain (and it sounds like this may be you) are more apt to have the sorts of insights that you so eloquently have laid out here. i have had many experiences of the metaphysical sort as well, albeit they tend more to the dark-side of the unseen universe. however, without darkness there would be no light and at the end of the day, we end back at the same place. i really enjoyed this christine. take care.
This comes as no surprise to me because I know that the Spirit of God is always with all of us...whether or not we are 'aware' of it depends on our relationship with 'Him'. Indigo...? Mmmmm....if it works for you, it works for me. I like Yahweh. I don't believe He minds one bit what one may call His Presence, as long as we come to know that it is God...not us, but all God! May His Light always remain with you and continue to shine and enlighten your journey's pathway. God Bless you, Christine and thanks for sharing. Love, Blessings & Faith...

Christine, you are one fascinating
individual. Not odd, Fascinating.
And you write so well, and what you
write is a pleasure to read. My favorite color is purple (or violet),
which is close to indigo, I guess.
I think the only "voices" I've heard
are those in my own head, voices I only rarely heed. Again, let me say that
I find this Indigo article to be most interesting, and instructive. I hope
you get lots of readers. -gene.
My beautiful, sensitive friend,
I so "get" this...from the very first time I read your profile, began readiing your poetry, listened to the beautiful harmony between you and your Cello...I felt a kinship between my spirit and yours. Now I know what I felt was real...You have echoed so many of my own feelings with Indigo! Bravo!!!
Hugs, love and Happy Easter,
Anna
Christine,
I could not begin to tell you the expierences I have had, nobody could really believe, unless they know~ My mother too had the same ..what is the word??? unexplainable, but somethings don't need to be questioned.
Love and Blessings~
Happy Easter,
Christine

Never heard the term indigo applied to your subject. I used to not believe in these "voices" and things seen that weren't supposed to be seen. I have, however, within the last few years learned to adjust my narrow way of thinking.
To wit:
My wife died February 9, 2009. A few days after she died I was sitting in the back of the apartment at the computer. It was early morning and I heard as plain as day, my wife's voice say, "Darling."
Not only did I hear it, but my old dog who was laying beside me heard it too, because his head came up off the floor and he looked toward the living room where the voice came from. I quickly got up, my heart thudding in my chest and made for the living room. She wasn't there, of course, and so I went to the door and stepped outside to see if someone had walked by and made the sound, although I knew damn well they hadn't, because that was Dottie's voice. My dog wouldn't go with me, instead he stayed in the living room staring at her favorite chair.
It has never happened again, but it did happen that day. Since then I'm not as eager to poo-poo when someone speaks of spiritual things.
Good blog, Christine.
Interesting write Christine, yes I have had forerunners in past and also near death experiences so know how you must feel.
