"Write at night?"

I always hear you because you make me think. I do most of my poems at night as well, when noise tones down and all I hear is the hum of my thoughts, the vibrations of undertone that has taken on during the day. If you've read any of my silly poems, those are during the day and that's why they're silly. I can't go deeper than a small simple rhyme. But as night falls, they prey on my brain cells and hold me captive. I walk down my steps and must find a pen....I write in the dark, as everyone sleeps....when no one is listening. On the verge of consciousness, I can roam the realms of my inner self and dig to the core. You are not "whatever". You have a very keen gift. When writing becomes an attack and worthy of your own criticism....that criticism becomes a poem and even better to relate to. I think you are one of the best pieces of poetry I have ever read. I come back to read it again and again....because its pure self doubt that you scream.
