This is a great story and well worth publishing. Does everything happen for a reason? Well, for sure, everything happens, and everything has a value, and our own needs will assign that value. In this happening, you received the value of feeling loved, and, in your remembrance of that gift, it is true and cannot ever be taken away from you. Did DMS truly make a mistake? Or did the Spirit of Love touch you?

This was very unusual; and sad in many ways! Wonderful for the gal down the street...(did you even verify that his story was true? He could have seen what was delivered and decided to get the gift that he didn't pay for ??) Oh you know..always trying to think that you deserved the gift and should have been able to keep it! :-)) However...guess it made someone very happy...and you were quite gracious thru it all... The florist and/or the delivery people should have made it good for both of you!!! Oh well.... very unusual story! Hope you feel better today tho... hugs, and Happy Valentines day!! lindalaw |
