Vickie, this information in no way surprises me. Special interest groups have such tremendous influence over our legislators at the state and federal level. Corruption is unfortunately rampant. The values that made America great are being destroyed daily because of our Congress,the administration and the Supreme Court. 546 individuals in Washington are dictating the daily lives of 300 million Americans with no concern as to what we want. We need to change that very quickly before it's too late. Every member of Congress and the administration that can be replaced by an honest representative in the 2010 and 2012 elections must be voted out of power. We either speak with our votes or we will lose our nation to their whims and the special interest's control. Thank you for the information. Peace and love my dear friend. Jon Michael

If they are incurable sick, like some bleeding hearts try to tell us, then, put them in an institution surrounded with barbed wire forever.
If they are not, a tree and a length of rope will suffice.

It is really scary that it takes rules like this to prevent convicted and proven sickos from doing what they do...still thing twever gauge scatter gun better solution...
