"Disappointment and Opportunity"

This is very good and practical suggestion, particularly for young people.
My three children did, this, daily input of life's goings on, with reflections on God's Word for that day. It helped us see beyond the hardships, and now they look back at the notebooks, and we are all amazed to see how God moved in those past years.
It also helped to improve their grammar, helped them express their thoughts in writing ( a requirement for jobs) and helped remove the focus from disappointment to new ideas.
