Good try, good try indeed; and you answered them all correctly, although you omitted the last question regarding the branches of the US government. Would you like to take a stab at it?
And by the way, I like your observation on Palin's marksmanship compared to Cheney's. It is quite amusing. :-)

Yes, here in the USA, we do recognize seven continents; however, there are actually several different perspectives regarding which landmasses constitute continents. Some countries combine North and South America into the Americas and some combine Europe and Asia into Eurasia, while yet others do both.
Ha, this is cute. Of course, we in the USA are the only ones who teach 7 continents, did you know? All the rest of the world teaches 5 (including Colombia). That's why there are only 5 circles composing the symbol of the Olympics. Good write.

WW11 ended - officially - Nov 11,1945 (my dad's b/day) this was in Japan, but Germany ended in May 45 I think?
Jeff Davis was Pres of Confederate states, and I think was the only one..?
VPres duties? - not sure - but he does not vote in Senate..unless to break a tie... and...he becomes Pres if death ? takes Pres during office... (not sure of other duties....) Oh.. Cheney thought he ran it all...but..I think it can be confusing about his duties in the Senate...? That's about it for now... Oh... and... thank God Sarah won't be VP...altho she can handle a gun and Cheney can't! :-) lindalaw
