Bonnie, I know a little of Ed's work and much of Karla's -- two finer poets you could not have chosen to pay tribute to -- I would like to add my heartfelt congratulations to both -- much love and peace to you my friend -- JMW

I love Karla's talents in photography and her weatherized poems. They are very unique.

Ed writes passionately about the nature, and his compassion about the animals are well documented in all the poetry he writes.

These are my two favorite authors!!!

As always, you know how to honor people with your special gift. Each day that I see your tributes I realize that "these two are so perfect"...then another day passes and "another two are perfect"...and now today, you chose two very special and talented people as well.. Both Karla and Ed are huge contributors to this AD and the writings they pass along continue to remind us why we write! Congratulations to each of you! hugs, lindalaw

You chose two lovely people to tribute. They are special on the den and I do read their things too.
Both are valient people who served their country, are so conderate of their country and people, and are doing their best to let us all know that it takes strong people to survive these things. I honor them too with prayers and feelings of love.

OH my goodness, Bonnie, I am honored! And I know Ed Kostro will be, too. Thank you!

Fighting? LOL Only thing I'm fighting now is an apathetic government and Nation that forgets sacrifices, paid by our soldiers, our Veterans, and their families.

As the daughter, sister, niece and cousin of Veterans (all branches), I had heroes to guide my steps. Served during peacetime: did no battlefield duty. Worked in the base hospital, taking care of our wounded Veterans and their dependents. 'Course, that in itself could be a battle. =]

And Ed, our beloved angel to our furry, feathered and scaled friends, and especially our Valient Veterans: no better person to share this tribute with.

Thank you, my dear, you made my day!

Hip, Hip, Hooray!! Ed and Karla are the stars of this show! GOod for them; we need more valiant champions like them in our world! The world would most certainly be a better place if that were so! Wonderful tributes to my twin sissy and a true animal lover!

Bonnie, you are a bright light. You could not have picked any two better people. Karla and Ed are way at the top of my list, and have been for a long time.

Nother topic: Look for a TWF newsletter tomorrow with some news about Georg and Felix, and I think both of them want you aboard on this one, me too. Grins :-)
