Hanna was really almost a hurricane--just a few more mph winds and it would have been a category one. No wonder the wind was howling around your house! I'm glad there wasn't any real damage done and that everyone came through it relatively unscathed.
Ike is going to be so devastating to Cuba. I hope it weakens before it gets to the Gulf.
