Oh, and further more, Rebecca the government seems to be doing a good job controlling the thousands of aircraft in the skys over the USA every day. They just might do as well controling energy.
Remember 911 when they got them all on the ground without incident.?

Bill -- nice thoughts, but one concern: That power grit would be run by whom? The government -- and therefore yet another huge piece of control taken away?
