Thank you so much for responding, I am still at wits end about this and i do have to agree that when it comes to the Gvt we are all at a loss. I am sure in time he will make his own decision and hopefully just go to sleep.

I wish you the best as this is a tough one.. Wish I had some answers, but lately everything attached to Gov't seems to be hugely flawed!
