Linda, I think your overview of life and all its quirks is honest and true. We need courage in every aspect we face and to try to do the right thing AND write our books and stories at the same time. You have a knack for friendship and that is a blessed gift. Lucille

Linda you are a wonderful,caring person, a true family member.A family has to stick together.
I know that not too long ago I paid for a ladies membership for a year and I was so happy to do that as I would have hated to see her leave us. She may not realize it but she is truly a valuable member of our family. It is important that we all stick together although there are many who are afrad to interfere into anothers life. Thank you Linda for bringing this out.

We are bad aren't we...hey, my heart was on my blog last night, I realize that sometimes we have to step in and help God even if it hurts...I beleive me, I know the financial situation for many is impossible. Hopefully it will reach those with a little left over. I have no idea what is wrong with Sandie, maybe like she says, she just needs to be away for awhile.
You keep us straight my friend, for sometimes we just simply don't use our head only our hearts. They get us into more trouble than our mouths sometimes. Love you Linda, you are a great gal. Love and hugs, Bonnie

The den is a complex web of personalities and people. Yes, most of us are struggling to make ends meet or dealing with personal tragedies. Your article was well written and laid out a lot of the things that have transpired in our den family. As one of the "older" members here I have watched many come and go and I have seen many little miracles happen here as well. I myself benefited from a generous member paying my dues one year when I couldn't afford it, I have asked for and received funds to pay others dues when needed. We are a large family and like large families everywhere siblings tend to have spats from time to time and we are no different here. There will always be a few bad apples in any organization of this size but overall we are still family...hugs

Don't worry, I'm okay! Just can't stand the religious idiots here in the den.
My hubby is still not too responsive to hugs and kisses. He's not as affectionate like he used to be; and that bugs me!
He's also on special diets. So I eat whatever he eats too. I miss my steaks and pork chops. Most of all, I miss my bacon and eggs, and sausages and eggs.
Guess I probably have to go out by myself to eat that. We haven't gone on vacation yet this year.
Okay, I just feeling upset and stressed out on a lot of things.
Not a good company to be around. I will just be away for a while...at least!

You are such an excellent writer and I, a reader and a storyteller. I am proud you ask that I (we) review your work as honestly as possible. I always give true opinions and for the work I read that I am not impressed with--I just do not leave a review. I joined AD to promote my book..read others writings and enjoy my time here. To also test my stories with others..to see if they are worthy of a second book. The reviews I have received are more than I imagined. I have decided to post my remaining stories on AD..as I have decided to give back to all the wonderful writers on AD..as they have shared their time and stories with me.
