Linda I all way knew you had the best interest to both side of the coin.. You express with feeling what we all should know, but chose to over look because it effect our life and we look in the negative tone because we feel only for our self and fail to see the other side...

As we at AD know you, if you keep working there much longer the owner will have a waiting list of candidates to move in! When she sees that list, you'll be in for a plump raise!!! Just wait & see. :)
