Hi Randall...
You know me pretty well...and..this was just a place to vent; because I wouldn't interfere in this when push comes to shove! Giving is something that Joe does not do easily..except for these two kids...and...he has never supported me financially (I do my own) but we manage to work thru it for the most part...so to have him be so giving with them out of sheer unselfish love just drove me nuts by their being so ungrateful....nuf said... hehe...:-))

Yeah, you'll behave for his sake. If he deserves it, be glad! It means he's that good- really something. It's a very difficult situation as they all are. If you talk to them, you'll mean well but they'll probably attack you and say you just want it all for yourself! Most offspring don't care much for stepmoms or stepdads. It's life, but not all of them. Some get really close. Maybe he's just a giver more than a taker. That's not a crime, of course. What does the Scripture say? It's better to give than to receive. We all love our kids in spite of their faults. Think it over or talk it over with more than 1 person before you talk to them! They may not deserve your kindness, actually! We here at AD know you for the special person you are.
