I like corn..my husband calls me "Cornwall"...ha, ha, ha, sometimes shortens it up to Corn. Everyone at my house knows who's Corn...it's me! Funny? okay, not the point...sorry.

I love frozen corn at Thanksgiving time and all winter long. It is so sweet and juicy. Glad you are so ambitious as to be able to do it and freeze it up. Your blog makes me hungry for it right now. I do have canned corn here, but not the same as frozen.
