"Greasy Beans"

Loved your blog! I too love greasy beans. We canned forty five quarts of them already this year and have eaten probably ten different cookers with other ymmy vegies from the garden! The greasy bean seed is almost obsolete here in our part of Ky. I've had numerous people asking me to save them seed. We planted two long rows just to eat off of during the summer and to save seed from. We had two kinds of greasy beans, one had a white seed the other had a brown seed. I think the white ones are called corn field beans? Maybe you know...Anyway, I'm on lunch at work today and just wanted to take a minute to browse! Enjoyed!
