Pepperoni would be great. Just make sure it's thin sliced so it will bend as you roll the crust. Onions would be good. It's your dish so you put whatever you want on it. Think with your "taste buds."

Wouldn't pepperoni be better than salami? How about Spinach Blast Off! Would adding little pieces of onion spoil it?
