Love the butter mold ideas, and actually, I think I'm going to try the butter blend that you posted as well.. About the baskets...I've always done gift baskets..When I was Regional Mgr for this huge corporation, I had to give gifts at Christmas, and they became very expensive, even tho I earned six figures... I had between 150 and 200 employees that rec'd gifts... The company gave everyone a gift, usually bonus $, but I had 600 employees directly under me...and so I held a nice buffet dinner for them all and footed that bill...but.. I loved doing something extra for the top employees....so... gift baskets were the perfect idea... We have these great dollar stores where I was...so I began buying on trips, and just buying in bulk... $1 items... I would fill a basket with 15-20 things, making it really full and nice, and then I did the fancy shrink wrap, and tied with fancy ribbons/jute/whatever... they turned out so pretty and very practical too... I tried to change the baskets tho.. and one year I did "Baking Yourself Baskets"... You know those fancy clear jars with all the dry ingredients for cookies/brownies, etc???? Well, I made 200 jars...all kinds of mixed ingredients... Bought clear plastic jars at the $ store...and filled them, stacking ingredients so they looked yummy to bake... then I tied cookie cutters around the jar lid, with a cute card that gave the instructions on how to mix/bake/store-in the plastic jar .... these were the biggest hit of all.. They were alot of work, but they were also alot of fun to make and give... and the cool part was later when people (even the CEO) called to tell me that "his grandkids" had the best time baking his gift basket jars of cookies and brownies during the holidays!!! I kept the recipes for the dry ingredients, and copies of the recipes and instructions for use at another time... You should consider that for your site too... they are cheap and so easy... I really enjoy your websites... just wish I could cook/bake.. hehe...
