RIP Patricia ODougherty March 14th 2018, Alliant Action! WAMM!

     The Justification Act and the Necessity Act are law.

They have long traditions in law. Many legal scholars have validated these principles. 

     I, Patrick ODougherty, author and Catholic, support the KingsBay Plowshares 7. Dismiss the charges. The Plowshares leaders have won a number of cases. I have won an Alliant Tech-case under a Judge Miles Lord. Wynne Curtiss, Atty, filed the brief under international law. TheUnited States has signed the UN Charter, the Geneva Accords and The Hague. Also the United States is a member of NATO. American citizens have treaty rights under NATO. 

Turkey is a member of NATO. This forced the Cuban Missile crisis.

Professor Francis Boyle’s brief in international law was dismissed. 

Minnesota Judge Miles Lord did allow a brief under international law to be submitted as evidence in the Alliant Action Case. 

     Government Failed to prove its case: KPBS7 Case

The government in this case failed to prove its case. Not only was the religious position denied. The compelling proof position in this case was not proven. Do you want Auschwitz for your neighbor? 

The Trident Missile was not placed on trial. It is failed government scientific engineering research. 

   The 7 Catholic Activists were convicted on October 24th of 4 Federal Crimes. They used Civil Disobedience to protest America’s nuclear weapons program. They proclaimed as Catholic Workers their action was sacramental in thought, word, and deed. “A sacrament is an outward sign instituted by Christ to give grace.”

The Brunswick Military Community has  had several JAG violations which were hidden from presentation in this case.

March 14th 2018, RIP, Patricia ODougherty

Religious beliefs were injured under this decision! Patricia ODougherty RIP, a graduate of St Benedict’s College, a Librarian at St Catherine College, a WAMM leader is remembered at Ave Maria University on this day. 

March 14th is the anniversary of Patricia ODougherty’s death. As a leading DFL vice chairwoman and palace guard. She has stood in vigil at Alliant tech against land mines. Children need legs to go to school.
