Summary:	This's the last time I was subjected to the attack in PUBLIC, right at the entrance to the 14-storey tenement Tower in the presence of other residents who arrived in the nick of time to prop me up but then I had in the intervening seconds sustained serious injuries. And the "helpers" have obviously been warned to keep their distance from me.
Details:	COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN AND ADVISE ON THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: by T. Wignesan (author) at 3/26/2023 6:44:50 AM 1. How dangerous to health is DEW and DPME when targeted by those who use them, apart from the immediate effects of loss of consciousness and the damage one suffers from falling ? 2. Who may use these weapons and under what circumstances ? 3. Are these weapons available to private individuals and other non-official sources ? 4.How many such attacks does it take to kill an individual ? 5. What possible defence or remedy is there to anyone targeted by these weapons ? 6. Can one be targeted in a moving vehicle ? Would be most grateful for your explanations and advice.
