I just uploaded my picture but it still not visible on my homepage. Why?

Please verify that it IS DISPLAYING in your den. If so, then you will need to adjust "My Preferences". Click on My Preferences in your Den and select "Show my picture on My Bio page".

If the photo is NOT DISPLAYING in your den then it did not upload correctly. Please try uploading the image again. Please keep in mind our image guidelines.

Additionally we suggest when viewing your bio page, press [Ctrl+F5] to refresh the page getting the latest information from our servers.
