The portal anthology is published by a Plymouth based writing group and submissions are welcomed from other authors. There is no charge for submission, you don't even have to purchase a copy. This is £3.99 if interested.

The purpose of the anthology is to give, especially unknown writers the opportunity of seeing their work in print. Stories are assessed on merit alone meaning that some are rejected. Portal does not publish everything it receives in return for purchasing a copy or more.

The content is varied with some verse, some humour, some a bit ghostly and some romantic. A variety of short stories about 2,000 words max.
