In the future, the protagonist, Jim Long, is a high ranking officer in the Galaxy Space Agency set in a future society based near the centre of our galaxy on the planet Krakor. He and two fellow officers Farmer and Clark are people of high moral and ethical standards. He wears a bracelet on each wrist, a special gift from the Ancient Beings of Light. The bracelets allow him to move from his body into the astral worlds and other dimensions, travelling in Inter-Galactic Craft, code name- IGC’s. Two massive computers at the centre of the planet Krakor are linked to the bracelets.
The book set consists of eleven stand-alone stories, seven books (Another on the way) plus four short stories in one edition. At thirty-two years of age, Jim is the youngest Space Agent of the Galaxy Police Force. He displays an athletes body under his custom-fitted uniform kept in shape by regular visits to the Krakorian gymnasium to train in any environment in the reality hologram centre. He always travels with his team of two, fellow officers, Gail (Frosty) Farmer a computer expert, and Norman Clark, a senior engineer of structures and engines. Gail, who exudes a cold exterior posture, hence the nickname ‘Frosty’ can hold her own in male company and always seems to have a humorous cutting answer. She is smart and tidy and does not like mess and chaos whilst Norman is a complete reverse. As an engineer, he always looks slightly shabby and prefers to wear overalls and do physical work. Even in stressful situations, Jim and Gail can always find a jocular temperament to release tension much to Norman’s annoyance. Besides their differences, there is a tight bond between them, especially in demanding situations.
An unusual mixture of science fiction fantasy and supernatural explores the dimensions or realms of energy and material existence, pursuing the theory of a dual body of metaphysical and physical properties –a two in one fact. The stories explore futuristic worlds and ideas that today are classed as supernatural and paranormal that may become a reality in a few centuries.
How old are you?
Whether a young adult (teenager) or mature (adult or senior), Jim Long space agent is for you. The young have an appetite for adventure, imaginative thinking, and needing to know the secrets of existence. Seniors like me think the same, especially those who enjoyed the rich experience of movies of the 1950's science fiction decade with classics such as - This island earth - Forbidden planet and - The day the earth stood still.
The next stage of this genre is the advent of quantum discoveries; in today's language, the supernatural. Some people still say this is like a Marvel comic or sheer fantasy; it is anything but. It will bring about profound change to all our minds and knowledge of the earth and its religions. So, enter the worlds of Jim Long and explore other realities that coexist alongside ours. Give yourself a treat of viewing the future before it happens.
